While we make every effort to honor the posted class schedule, SAFT reserves the right to cancel any class at any time for any reason. Classes are generally cancelled due to weather issues which also create safety issues, but are occaisionally cancelled because the class has not reached the minimum number of enrolled students. Enrolled students will be rescheduled
SAFT will happily refund any fees for training with a 72 hour notification in writing (emaill is fine) prior to the initially scheduled class time. In cases where such notification is not provided, or the student has rescheduled previously, SAFT will reschedule the class or such fees shall be forfeit solely at SAFTs discretion. As a general rule we will reschedule anyone the first time for free as long as we are notified 72 hours prior to the class of the need to reschedule. SAFT will charge a $10.00 fee for reschedule of no shows for classes or notifications inside of the 72 hour window. This is due to the fact that these actions result in other students being turned away from class. After one reschedule, any further reschedules will occur solely at the discretion of SAFT and are subject to a reschedule fee regardless of notification or reason.
